Our Studio Established in 1989, Joe Martin Photography is owned by Joe and Cathy Martin. While Cathy serves as the business and customer service manager as well as occasional photography assistant, Joe is the creative artist behind the images. Joe is an award winning photographer with over 20 years experience. He has a degree in Professional Photography from Brooks Institute, one of the finest schools of photography in the world. Before opening the studio, Joe served in photography departments for Sprint and UMKC Medical School. He is also a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and has been on the Board of Directors for the Kansas City Chapter for the past five years. We specialize in all types of portraiture. We have a variety of backgrounds in our studio or we're also happy to work outdoors or on location. We also offer commercial, restoration and framing services. At Joe Martin Photography, we are committed to providing top quality creative photography at affordable prices.
